Each approval included a stipulation limiting lighting to prevent nuisance impacts (the boat-hoist permit also specifies navigation protections for Port Bay).
Procedural actions recorded in the minutes include acceptance of Short Environmental Assessment Forms (Part II) for the three items and reading of an LWRP recommendation letter. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bob Lannon at 7:00 p.m. and adjourned at 7:22 p.m. by Lannon; Diane Bean is recorded as the Zoning Board clerk.
