Supervisor Dave Fantuzzo reported that a negotiator named Dwight secured the town’s best deal with Greensparks Solar, yielding a host payment of $50,000, and the board on Dec. 3 adopted Resolution #132-2024 to accept the Host Community Agreement and Payment in Lieu of Taxes. Councilmember Tom Wetherby moved the resolution, Councilmember Phil Eygnor seconded, and the vote was 4–0 in favor.
