Activities director: fee collections nearly match projection; district to move payments to Bound

Luloff said the fee structure should remain unchanged but recommended the district move fee collection from Infinite Campus to Bound to reduce administrative work and improve communication with families. He described a trial run of Bound as “magnificent” for his workflow and said it will simplify reminders and payments that had sometimes confused families under the previous system.
Board members asked whether there was increased demand for financial assistance when fees rolled out; Luloff said he had two requests and that the district was able to process those quickly. He and the board also discussed privacy concerns tied to automatic free‑and‑reduced flags in Infinite Campus and how the Bound platform handles those exemptions.
