Council also approved a subdivision request to combine a portion of 92 West High Street with 88 and 90 West High Street after Erie County Planning approved the survey maps. The motion was moved by Councilor Osborn and seconded by Councilor Kerns and carried unanimously.
On pensions, the minutes record the borough received the 2025 Minimum Municipal Obligation figures and state the required non‑uniform payment is $48,029 and the police pension requirement is $0; the council approved the motion (transcribed as approving the 2024 MMO in the minutes) by voice vote. The meeting also agreed to assist the UCVFD with a shed demolition at 10 Market Street using public‑works labor but not a backhoe.
