The Oregon School Board approved its Consent Calendar during the Sept. 22 regular meeting, including payments totaling $847,822.11 and two Treasurer’s Reports for the periods ending July 31 and August 31, 2025. The board also approved a seven-day Agriculture Education field trip to Norway in June 2026 and accepted several monetary donations to support student programs.
Board member Nathan Hensal moved to approve the Consent Calendar; Ahna Bizjak seconded. Board President Troy Pankratz thanked donors before the roll call, and the motion passed 7-0. Donations recorded on the consent agenda included $1,000 from the Green County Sheriff’s Office for school supplies, $716.25 from the Oregon Choral Boosters for OMS Choir concert apparel, and contributions from the Aldo Leopold Nature Center to support kindergarten transportation, among many smaller individual food-service balance donations.
