The Village of Waterford Personnel Committee on March 11, 2026 moved into executive session to consider disciplinary data concerning two emergency medical services employees.
"Motion by Nargis, second by Jaskie to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(f) for considering disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, involved in such problems or investigations," the minutes record. The motion identified the subject as "2 EMS employees." By roll call, the four members present recorded votes of Pollnow-aye, Nargis-aye, Jaskie-aye and Olson-aye; the motion passed.
After completing closed-session discussion, the committee reconvened to open session and approved a motion directing the chairwoman to carry out what was discussed in closed session. The motion directing implementation was moved by Adam Jaskie and recorded as carried by unanimous vote. The minutes do not disclose details of the disciplinary findings or specific remedies; those matters were handled in executive session as authorized by state law.
The meeting began at 5:31 p.m. and adjourned at 7:10 p.m. The committee members recorded in attendance were Chair Tamara Pollnow, Kathy Nargis, Adam Jaskie and Laura Olson (via voice conference). Rebecca Bell was excused. Dalton Brandt was listed as also present.
