Council approves easement agreement with 104 East High Street for catch basin and pipe work

Solicitor Wachter presented an easement agreement involving 104 East High Street and Bentley Run. Under the agreement the borough will install and supply a catch basin at 104 East High Street and will maintain the pipe and two catch basins; the property owner will provide and install a 60-foot pipe to a PennDOT basin and dig and maintain a ditch from that basin to Bentley Run.
Councilor Osborn moved to approve the easement/agreement and Councilor Joyce seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes do not include engineering plans or a contractor selection; the agreement text was said to be completed by Solicitor Wachter.
