Council heard that Leisure Time in Corry inspected the unit and noted only normal wear items such as an air filter and fluids; tires and wheel bearings may need attention in the future.
"It looked to be in good condition," the minutes state following the inspection; Councilor Joyce moved and Councilor Steadman seconded a motion to retroactively approve the purchase of the ATV in the amount of $5,000, which the council approved.
