Business Manager Haley Walsh presented the proposed FY26 budget during the Floodwood Public School District working session May 12. The board agreed to add the FY26 budget to the agenda of the next regular meeting for approval.
"There was an agenda addition of the proposed FY26 budget," the minutes state; Walsh led the presentation and then left the meeting at 6:15 p.m. No vote was taken at the working session; board members listed at roll call were Hutchinson, Rohde, Miller, Suonvieri and Young. The district will consider the budget for formal action at its next regular meeting, where members may vote to adopt, amend or defer the proposal.
