The board adjourned as the County Board and convened as the Board of Equalization at 9:39 a.m. Assessor Elise Taylor presented the cemetery report and the exemption status before the board considered two tax-list corrections.
The board approved a correction for Todd & Marilyn Grant (Property ID 916600) to change a residence to a mobile home, adjusting 2023 by $-1,042.04, 2024 by $-1,171.58 and 2025 by $-1,033.22. The board also approved a clerical correction for Kim & Denise Woodward (Property ID 537150) removing a farmsite and adjusting 2023 by $-152.14 and 2024 by $-129.52. Both motions (moved by Parliament, seconded by Markham) passed on roll call with Ayes — all. The Board of Equalization adjourned and the County Board reconvened at 9:45 a.m.
These corrections were recorded in the minutes and will be reflected in county tax records per standard county procedures.
