"I think you need to to advertise that because I'm looking at the public notice, and it's only addressing the hearing, Charlie," the township's county solicitor said, urging the board to ensure both the hearing and ordinance are properly advertised. Chair moved to advertise the ordinance and the board approved the motion by voice vote.
The board had initially discussed adopting the zoning amendment ordinance, but members agreed to complete the required public-notice steps first so the hearing and ordinance will be properly posted for public review.
