Chair Lori Norvell called the Minneapolis Board of Education Policy Committee to order at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2025. Director Collin Beachy moved to approve the meeting agenda; the motion was adopted unanimously on a voice vote. Director Kim Ellison then moved to approve the minutes from the committee's Feb. 4, 2025 meeting, and that motion also carried unanimously on a voice vote.
A quorum of four directors was recorded (Sharon El-Amin, Kim Ellison, Collin Beachy and Chair Lori Norvell); Director Adriana Cerrillo was listed as absent. Chair Norvell adjourned the meeting at 5:26 p.m. Minutes were submitted by Ryan Strack, Assistant to the Superintendent and Board.
