Council OKs $60,102 reimbursement for Agnes Street left-turn lane and inlet work

Council considered a reimbursement agreement with 71 Retail Partners LP to fund $60,102 of change order No. 4 to the Job Land Construction contract for the Agnes Street extension. Staff explained the funds will pay for a left-turn lane by shortening the median and for repairs to eight median inlets to restore stormwater flow.
Elizabeth Wick, who presented the item, said the median inlet work and the left-turn lane pavement improvements would be completed within 30 days of execution. Council voted to approve the agreement and change order by voice vote.
