Community education previews 128 summer recreation sections; ads offset catalog costs

Princeton Community Education staff told the advisory council that the summer recreation catalog will include 128 sections spanning new and returning offerings, including native landscaping, sewing with Bopha Sar, art, STEM and programming for adults with disabilities. Returning favorites and an Early Bird discount were also highlighted to encourage early registrations.
Staff noted construction at MS and IS will slightly affect summer logistics. To help offset catalog printing and distribution costs, staff secured 24 paid advertisements that will cover just over $4,000 in expenses, according to the minutes.
