Board approves construction management agreement with R.A. Morton for district projects

The board's approval authorizes R.A. Morton to serve as construction manager for district facilities projects included in the facilities report. The district packet and presentations highlighted the food-service serving-area design and schedule benchmarks; detailed contract terms and a contract amount were included in the materials but not read into the minutes.
Implementation steps include finalizing the construction management contract documents and coordinating with the district’s design team and contractors before construction begins.
