ISD 622 board certifies Nov. 5 election; referendum and technology levy declared failed

"BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Independent School District No. 622, State of Minnesota, as follows: 1. It is hereby found, determined, and declared that the general election of the voters of this School District held on November 5, 2025, was in all respects duly and legally called and held," the resolution states.
The board recorded outcomes for two ballot questions and declared both propositions failed. The resolution records that 13,610 voters of the district cast ballots on School District Question 1 and that 13,602 voters cast ballots on School District Question 2. The board's action was a formal certification of the election returns; no additional policy action was taken at the special session.
