The golf course manager (S7) briefed the board on a year-end pass promotion that sold 119 passes from Sept. 8 through year end, of which 27 were new purchasers. He reported that 92 of 323 season passes were renewed at the same rate, which S7 described as "just less than 30%." "We sold 323 season passes... about one-third of those took advantage of the promotion," S1 added during the discussion, explaining how the promotion worked for existing pass holders.
Board members asked whether the promotion cost the course season-pass holders; staff said they will monitor spring sales (May–July) and provide a written report around opening day to determine whether the promotion caused any attrition or net change in pass holders.
