Staff reports progress on infrastructure funding options, ERP RFP and 2025 audit

Presenter also said an ERP RFP will be issued and vendor responses are expected around March.
"We're gonna meet in the next week or 2, they should be sending out the RFP to go out, and then they expect I think they were saying March ish is when we should get all that back from all the different vendors," Presenter said. Presenter added that the 2025 audit has been kicked off and staff are compiling materials for the auditors.
