Board approves consent agenda including St. Davids Center contract for school-linked mental health

The board approved the consent agenda by a 5-to-0 vote. Items approved included minutes from July 23, 2024; July financial reports and payments; the 2024 25 investment report; extended educational trips; personnel items; and a contract between ISD 279 (Osseo Area Schools) and St. Davids Center to provide school-linked mental health services at Birch Grove, Crest View, Elm Creek, Fair Oaks, Park Brook, Rice Lake, Weaver Lake, Willow Lane, Woodland and Zanewood elementary schools. The FY25 federal grant delegation resolution was also approved under the consent agenda.
The consent motion was made by Sarah Mitchell and seconded by Tanya Prince and carried on a vote of 5 to 0. Board members recorded as voting yes were Thomas Brooks, Tanya Prince, Jackie Mosqueda-Jones, Sarah Mitchell and Tamara Grady.
