Sarah Mitchell moved the measure and Keith Tate seconded; the motion passed on a 6–0 roll call vote.
Board members said adoption of the budgets establishes spending authority for the coming fiscal year and aligns with the district’s financial planning. The board did not amend the figures during the meeting. The budget adoption was recorded as a formal motion: "to adopt the FY 2027 budgets for General Fund, Food and Nutrition Services Fund, Community Service Fund, Capital Fund, and Debt Service Fund."
