The motion to “approve the July 10, 2025 Special Meeting agenda as presented” was made by board member P.J. Striker and seconded by Mike Overman and carried on a voice vote recorded as 4 yeas, 0 nays, 1 absent.
The consent agenda was presented and similarly approved after a motion from Striker and a second from Overman. The meeting minutes and personnel and payment items were accepted without recorded opposition; Laurel Hood was listed as absent for the votes. Vice Chair Cassandra Palmer convened the meeting at 5:34 p.m.; attendance was recorded beginning at 5:35 p.m.
