Code Enforcement Officer Derrick Martineau left a stop‑work order at the Little Red School House on June 10 and subsequently prepared court paperwork after the owner failed to appear before the Planning Board. Planning staff reported to the board that town attorney Bryan 'Liam' Kennelly has been engaged to move enforcement forward.
Tina L. Terry Preston told the board she spoke with the owner by phone. The minutes state the owner 'stated he was out of town for a month and never received any paperwork.' The board directed that the town attorney proceed with the enforcement paperwork; the minutes note the board discussed stopping rental activity at the property pending legal steps.
