The consent agenda, moved by Steve Lowell and seconded by John Rademacher, was recorded as passed unanimously. Items included the monthly financial report, minutes from multiple October special and regular meetings, retirements of Randall Barleen and Benji Henslee, and a surplus item consisting of a 1996 Ford van and a small car lift.
Separately, a motion to approve grant awards in the amount of $54,083.92 was made by John Rademacher and seconded by Marc Staunton and passed 5-0. The motions were recorded in the minutes and supporting documents were included in the board packet.
