The Klamath County School District board unanimously approved the SIA grant agreement at its Nov. 20 meeting. "I move we approve the SIA grant agreement as presented," the motion was recorded; the motion, made by John Rademacher and seconded by Katie Bruner, passed 5-0.
Director of School Improvement and Secondary Curriculum Jeff Bullock reviewed details of the SIA grant, noting the board reviewed the application in the spring and that a copy of the grant agreement is attached to the board packet. Board approval authorizes district staff to implement the grant activities as proposed in the attached agreement.
The board did not amend the agreement at the meeting and set no new fiscal contingencies; staff will proceed under the terms in the attached grant agreement.
