The Village of Jordan Board of Trustees opened a public hearing on Local Law 4 No. C-2024 at 7:02 p.m.; the hearing closed at 7:07 p.m. The law would amend the Planned Development District regulations for Locktenders Landing as they pertain to habitable space in one-family detached dwellings.
At the regular meeting, Deputy Mayor Gustafson moved — and Trustee Stapleton seconded — to approve Local Law 4 No. C-2024 pending County approval at a special meeting scheduled for Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.; the motion carried with all present voting in favor. Developer Sal Sciuga Jr. told the board he has five subdivided lots remaining in Locktenders Landing and is awaiting the change before marketing them.
