The Merced County Board of Education on June 16 approved the 2025 annual reports required under Proposition 28 for arts and music programming. Maria Duran-Barajas, Director of Special Education, presented the Proposition 28 report for Special Education and student programs (including Floyd A. Schelby), and Sherre Vernon, Coordinator—Educational Services, presented the report for Merced Scholars and Come Back Charter.
