The Keene Town Board adopted two resolutions during a brief special meeting Jan. 2, 2025. Resolution 54-2025 authorized the board to go to bid for the Keene Library Heat Pump Project; recorded AYES were Robert Biesemeyer, Ann Hough, Teresa Cheetham-Palen and Joseph P. Wilson Jr., with no recorded NAYS.
Following formal adoption of the procurement resolution, Council member Teresa Cheetham-Palen introduced Resolution 55-2025 to adjourn the special meeting, which the board adopted and the clerk recorded the meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. The transcript does not include additional discussion, staff presentation or public comment on either resolution.
