The Village of Jordan Board of Trustees convened a special meeting on Sept. 16, 2024. Trustee Stapleton led the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:02 p.m., and the board recorded attendance including Mayor Brim, Clerk Trapp, Deputy Mayor Gustafson, Trustee Stapleton, Trustee Bates and Trustee Simko.
The board opened a public hearing at 7:02 p.m. on Local Law 4 No. C-2024 (an amendment to the Planned Development District regulations for Locktenders Landing concerning habitable space for one-family detached dwellings) and closed the hearing at 7:07 p.m. The minutes list Sal Sciuga Jr. of Sciuga Builders among the audience but do not record spoken public comment. The board then adopted Local Law 4 No. C-2024 following a motion by Deputy Mayor Gustafson and a second by Trustee Stapleton; a roll call recorded five yes votes.
Mayor Brim requested approval of a revised water and sewer application. Deputy Mayor Gustafson moved to approve and Trustee Stapleton seconded; all present voted in favor. The meeting was adjourned after a motion by Deputy Mayor Gustafson and seconded by Trustee Stapleton; the minutes record the adjournment at 8:29 p.m. Minutes were respectfully submitted by Clerk Tina A.
