Clerk Tina Trapp presented Abstract #5 totaling $62,123.13; Trustee Stapleton moved to approve the abstract and Deputy Mayor Gustafson seconded. The motion carried with all present voting in favor.
In new business the board approved a $30 reimbursement to a parent for missed swim classes, approved Short Environmental Assessment Form parts 1–3 for Local Law A-204 and Local Law B-204, authorized a $22.23 water bill credit for an overpayment at 123 N Main Street, and voted to purchase a sewer pump for $8,650.00. Trustee Stapleton and Deputy Mayor Gustafson were regularly recorded as movers and seconders on multiple motions; all recorded votes were unanimous among those present.
