Meeting materials indicate Items A, B2 and D were pulled for discussion before the consolidated vote. The contract award and personnel actions were approved as part of the consolidated motion.
The clerk will file the award and associated procurement documentation with the district records. The board did not record dissent on the consolidated motion.
