The Village Board voted to approve a $440.71 refund for an overestimated water account on Eichybush Road after Water & Sewer Commissioner Dale Leiser identified the error. Trustee Susan Patterson moved to approve the refund and Trustee Quinn Murphy seconded; the board voted unanimously.
Commissioner Leiser also reported outstanding balances on village accounts totaling $7,100.80 for water and $19,746.98 for sewer; past-due letters have been sent to delinquent accounts. The board did not alter collection procedures but authorized the single refund as a corrective accounting action.
