Summary
The board approved its 2025-26 schedule of work sessions and regular meetings, keeping most regular meetings on the second Monday at 6:00 p.m. but moving September's meeting to the third Monday to avoid Pendleton Round-Up and scheduling the November meeting on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.

The Pendleton School District 16R Board approved the district's 2025-26 meeting and work-session calendar on July 14, 2025.
Superintendent Michelle Jensen presented the proposed schedule, noting that "the regular board meeting is held at the District Office at 6:00 p.m. every second Monday of the month, and a board work session is held every Tuesday of the month, preceding the board meeting at 8:00 a.m. in the District Office Boardroom." She said the September regular meeting would be held on the third Monday to accommodate the Pendleton Round-Up, and the November meeting will be held on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. Director Jill Pace moved to approve the calendar; Director Ryan Lehnert seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The approved schedule lists monthly work sessions and regular meetings through June 2026 and preserves the district's standing meeting times, with the two noted exceptions for local events and tribal meeting coordination.
