The North Bend School District #13 Board of Directors unanimously approved its consent agenda at the Oct. 2, 2025 regular meeting, approving minutes, an Interim Superintendent Agreement and surplus declarations for district property.
Board Chair Nathan McClintock read the items on the consent agenda. Director Megan Kronsteiner‑Cahill moved to approve the packet; Director DeAnne Wiedenmann seconded. The motion passed 7–0 (Carol Yardley, Anna Huit, Megan Kronsteiner‑Cahill, Julie B. Hale, Michelle Roberts, DeAnne Wiedenmann, and Nathan McClintock all voted Aye).
The consent agenda included an Interim Superintendent Agreement (terms not specified in the minutes) and a list of surplus items. Two surplus real‑property entries were read into the record: a residential structure at 2518 Pacific Ave, North Bend, OR 97459, and a 10.10‑acre parcel of vacant land on Viking Lane (described in the minutes by deed reference and legal descriptions recorded Aug. 19, 1975). The board statement said the listed property "isn’t needed for school purposes," authorizing disposition procedures but not obligating an immediate sale.
No public comment was recorded on the consent items.
