The approved Consent Agenda included the minutes of the Sept. 16, 2025 meeting; continuation of the swim co-op with Warrenton High School; adoption of a new Speech Language Pathologist job description; and coaching employment actions: Briley Reeves (High School Baseball head coach), Gavin Meyer (Middle School Girls Wrestling head coach), Lynn Addis (Middle School Girls Wrestling assistant coach). Volunteer coach appointments approved included Henry Chapman (HS Boys Soccer) and, as added earlier in the meeting, Zac Sweet as a high school Robotics volunteer coach.
The motion to approve the Consent Agenda was made by Brian Taylor and seconded by Chuck Mattocks and passed 7-0. Board members noted the addition of the robotics volunteer coach earlier in the meeting at the superintendent's request.
