The grant requires an 80/20 match. Staff reported the county has secured $2,000,000 in matching funding from the Dogwood Health Trust and is pursuing the remaining $435,600. The EDA accepts applications on a rolling basis and awards funds on a first-come, first-served basis; staff asked for and received Board approval to apply.
