Pendleton SD 16R board adopts $75.97 million 2025-26 budget

She identified one change from the May 22 budget committee meeting: "a one-time Title I allocation came in $315,000 higher than expected," and the adjustment is reflected in the Special Revenue fund totals.
The approved Fund 100 (General Fund) totals include Instruction $27,429,494; Support Services $21,339,006; Debt Services $6,000; and Contingency $6,250,000, for a Fund 100 total of $55,024,500. Fund 200 (Special Revenue) Instruction was adjusted from $7,644,616 to $7,959,616 after the Title I increase; total Fund 200 approved $12,782,525. Fund 300 (Debt Service) totals $8,163,561, including $7,348,561 for debt service and an $815,000 unappropriated ending balance.
The meeting record lists the district's 2025-26 budget as $75,970,586 following the adjustment. Director Anne Keeler moved to approve Resolution 2025-03; Director Jill Pace seconded the motion, which the minutes state "carried unanimously." With no public comments and no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
