Chair Kathy Wai convened an executive session of the North Clackamas School District 12 Board of Directors at 6:00 p.m. on June 26, 2025 under ORS 192.660(2)(f). Present were Chair Kathy Wai, Vice Chair Jena Benologa, Director Paul Kemp (participating virtually), Director Tory McVay, Superintendent Shay James and Board Secretary Donna Colingwood. Legal counsel Jollee Patterson joined virtually and provided advice to the Board regarding information and records exempt from public inspection under state law.
The executive session adjourned at 6:17 p.m. Chair Wai then convened the open public meeting at 6:30 p.m. The transition from executive to open session was recorded in the minutes, and the board proceeded with the public agenda thereafter.
