Forest County approves $100,000 PHARE grant pass-through to WFEOC

At the Jan. 8 meeting, Forest County commissioners approved a $100,000 pass-through payment from the Forest County Pass-Through Account to Warren Forest Counties Economic Opportunity Council, Inc. (WFEOC). The minutes record that "This money is for the Forest County PHARE Grant program being managed by the WFEOC."
The motion was moved by Commissioner Robert J. Snyder, Jr. and seconded by Commissioner Patrick F. Kline; it carried unanimously. The check will be issued to WFEOC for administration of the PHARE grant program in Forest County.
