Commissioner Patrick F. Kline moved to open a new account named the Forest County Demolition Fund, to be funded by recording fees collected under Resolution #1 of 2025 (adopted Jan. 15, 2025). The motion carried.
Commissioner Robert J. Snyder later moved to approve the Forest County Demolition Funds Program, which sets out the fund’s purpose, administration and application process. Commissioners recorded the program approval as tied to Resolution #1 of 2025; the minutes show the motion carried unanimously. The new fund is designated for demolition of blighted properties and will be populated by recording‑fee revenue as spelled out in the resolution.
