Principals report iReady gains, behavior data and next-year goals

Principals from Washington Elementary, McKay Creek Elementary and the Pendleton Early Learning Center presented year-end summaries on June 9. Washington Elementary Principal Heidi Paullus and Vice Principal Rachael Olson attributed growth in reading and math to interventions and outlined goals for 2025–26 including room shifts to create a dedicated Success Room, use of UFLI during CORE in Grades 1 and 2, and a renewed focus on math fact fluency across grades.
McKay Creek Principal Anne Sokoloski presented iReady data showing fall-to-spring growth, shared behavior data broken down by month and grade, and described community and family engagement partnerships used during the year. PELC Principal Angela Lattin presented growth factors with accompanying charts and outlined plans for continued improvement in the upcoming year. All principals remained available to answer board questions.
