Heeder then outlined recommended year‑end budget amendments for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2024. The board approved the transfers and accepted the Treasurer’s Report. The board approved the abstract of expenses, including General Fund $70,780.05; Water Fund $7,539.69; Albany Ave. water upgrade project $250,878.98; Albany Ave. capital projects construction $22,015.91; and sewer $975. Trustee James Mark Browne moved to approve the abstract and Trustee T. Kevin Monahan seconded; all present voted "Aye."
