West Long Branch renews liquor licenses and grants "active use" to Ravi Randal Corp

Separately, the council renewed several other licenses for the 2026–2027 term, including plenary retail consumption, plenary retail distribution, a club license for Monmouth University, and a hotel/motel exception for WLB Empire LLC. All renewals passed on roll call (AYES recorded in the meeting minutes).
