DPW reports plow-truck fittings, shop break room quote and guardrail damage on Main/Hamilton corner

Johnston said he and staff confirmed plow-truck fit at Viking in Harrisville and that the older plow truck was taken to Fulton Spring for service and needs three batteries; he said he will contact Battery World for replacements. Johnston reported the DPW has solicited quotes to build an approximately 12-by-12 break room for the shop. Crews completed snow removal on both sides of Main Street.
Johnston also said there have been additional accidents this year at the corner of Hamilton and Main Street and that the guardrail needs repair; he raised the possibility of seeking reimbursement from the at-fault drivers' insurance but said he would look into the process.
