Board members received a School Board evaluation tool developed around the Minnesota School Boards Association's five standards of board leadership: conduct & ethics, vision, structure, accountability, advocacy & communication. The tool is intended to support continuing self-assessment to identify opportunities for improvement.
The board will disseminate the tool to members and review results at its August 19, 2025 meeting; the June 17 session served to introduce the instrument rather than to complete evaluations.
