Sarah Houssaint Johnson told the committee that the district had received a signed settlement agreement from Thompson Builders related to the water treatment plant. "We have received a signed settlement agreement from Thompson Builders for the water treatment plant, that came in last week," she said, and added that the board had provided the general manager authority in a Dec. 19 closed session to execute the agreement.
