Councilman James Patsos moved to pass the resolution and Councilman Kyle Black seconded; the Town Clerk conducted a roll-call showing three Yays and two Absents.
Planning Board Chair Linda Mott had worked with the Martins to assemble the necessary documentation; the board recorded the passage of the resolution during the Planning Committee portion of the agenda. No amendment to the resolution was recorded in the minutes.
