Davis board approves consent agenda, swears in two trustees

The Village of Davis board convened at 7:00 PM on May 14 and approved the consent agenda, which included the April meeting minutes, the Treasurer’s Report, bills to be paid and a late utility bill list. President Steve Olson called roll and noted Trustee Mike Wise, Trustee Rich Rote, Trustee Judy LaFurge, Trustee Kim Satness, Trustee Jodie Pieper and Trustee Chelsey Scheid were present; Britney Kunz was absent. The consent agenda was approved on a motion by Trustee Mike Wise and seconded by Trustee Jodie Pieper.
President Steve Olson administered the oath of office to newly elected trustees Greg Price and Rebecca Wise. The board chose committees that will be posted publicly. Trustee Mike Wise moved to adjourn at the end of the business, Trustee Judy LaFurge seconded, and the motion carried. Clerk Kimberly K. Satness attested to the minutes.
