Third Lake commission approves minutes, sets attorney review and March public hearing

At its Jan. 14 meeting the commission approved past minutes unanimously, agreed to send the zoning draft to the village attorney, and the mayor announced there will be no February meeting and a March public hearing will be scheduled pending attorney review.
The Village of Third Lake Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals approved the minutes from its Dec. 10, 2024 meeting by unanimous voice vote. Committee member Zeck moved to approve the minutes and Committee member Klausner seconded; the minutes record the vote as "Ayes: All; Nays: None."
Mayor Rodney Buckley told commissioners there will be no Planning & Zoning meeting in February and said a public hearing on the zoning draft will be scheduled for March provided the village attorney completes his review in time. The minutes record that the draft with the recorded edits will be sent to the village attorney for review and that the mayor will update commissioners on the attorney's feedback.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn at 7:58 p.m.; Committee member Klausner moved, Committee member Zeck seconded, and the motion carried by unanimous voice vote. No public comments or contested votes are recorded in the minutes for this session.
