West Long Branch council lists executive-session items and adjourns caucus meeting

Councilman Bray moved to adjourn the caucus session at 6:35 PM; Councilwoman Ruane seconded the motion, which "carried unanimously." Present members were Bray, Gomez, Penta, Ruane and Sniffen; Councilman Cioffi was absent. The council determined it would go into executive session following the public meeting.
