Board continues public hearing on ordinance to pass through landfill tipping fee increases

Director Tyler Diep moved and Director Sergio Contreras seconded a motion to continue consideration of Ordinance No. 77 to the June 2, 2026 regular meeting; the motion passed 3-0 (AYES: Contreras, A. Nguyen, Diep). The board will revisit the ordinance at its June 2 meeting.
